The National Moment of Remembrance, established by Congress, asks Americans, wherever they are at three p3 p.m. local time on Memorial Day, to pause in the act of national unity for one minute. The three p3 p.m.s was chosen because it is when most Americans enjoy their freedoms on the national holiday. The Moment does not replace traditional Memorial Day events; it is an act of national unity in which all Americans, alone or with family and friends, honor those who died in service to the United States.

Jari will give a short Bugle Programbefore soundingTaps and be available for Q&A in the bugle exhibit at the Plantation.
